Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter or margarine
- 2 cups black sapote pulp
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz chopped nuts
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 load pans.

Mix everything but the chocolate chips and nuts in an electric mixer being careful not to over mix.

Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts by hand.

Pour half the batter into each pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.

Any combination of walnuts, almonds, pecans and/or hazelnuts will work well.
